One service K2 Realty offers is to find a tenant and help the owner evaluate the credit worthiness of the tenant.  The owner collects the rent and maintains the property.

A more expanded service offered is that listed above plus collecting rent and arranging for minor repairs to the property as needed.  This service is offered in the Sugar Land area.
